The Mother is one of the divine entities of the faeries, and has a dark counterpart called the Dark Mother.
History[]
She was the one that spilled the Cauldron's content creating Prythian and all the known world.
Faeries often use the word 'mother' in everyday speech. They make exclamations about this deity, such as "thank the Mother" or "by the Mother". So it can be assumed that she is one of the few deities in which they believe, despite having taken away belief in deities from mortals when they enslaved them. She is given the same hierarchy as the Cauldron, as they use the word similarly in everyday language in phrases like "by the Cauldron!".
