The War

Though there does not seem to be an official name for it, the War refers to the war between the faeries and humans a thousand years ago. Rhysand and his Inner Circle fought on the mortal side in the war with Jurian while the King of Hybern and Amarantha fought on the opposing side. After the war ended, human slaves were freed, the wall between the mortal realm and Prythian was built, and the two halves of the Book of Breathings went to the mortal queens and the Summer Court.
